Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy for QHHT:

When we book an appointment for a client, that day is dedicated for that particular client.  No other QHHT clients will be seen.  Since it takes several days for a client to prepare for a session, a cancellation that is made within 7 days before the scheduled appointment generally does not allow for adequate time to schedule another client.  While it is rare that anyone cancels their QHHT session, we do have a cancellation policy; which is as follows:

 

If a client needs to cancel their appointment for any reason, at any time after booking the appointment and paying the deposit of $100  the deposit is not refundable.  Full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled session.  If the client cancels the appointment within 7 days before the appointment, then the entire session fee of $599 is not refundable.  However, if the cancellation is made by the client 8 or more days prior to the scheduled appointment, then the balance of $499 will be not be charged but the $100 deposit will not be refunded.   If a client needs to reschedule their appointment 8 or more days before their originally scheduled appointment, the $100 deposit can be transferred to be used for the new appointment.  However, if the rescheduling request is made during the 7 days prior to the originally scheduled appointment, then the $100 deposit is neither refundable nor transferable.  

 

Please confirm your email address where PayPal monies will be returned.  After I refund any money that is owed in accordance with this policy, I will send you an email confirmation that the your refund was sent.  Please respond immediately via return email upon receiving the refund so I will know you received it and we are settled with this refund. 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Emotion Code, Body Code & HeartMath:

 

When we book an appointment for a client, that hour is dedicated for that particular client.  No other Emotion Code, Body Code or HeartMath Clients will be seen at that time.  Since it takes several days for a client to prepare for a session, a cancellation that is made within 7 days before the scheduled appointment generally does not allow for adequate time to schedule another client.  While it is rare that anyone cancels their Emotion Code, Body Code or HeartMath session, we do have a cancellation policy; which is as follows:

 

If a client needs to cancel their appointment for any reason, at any time after booking the appointment and paying the deposit of $50; the deposit is not refundable.  Full payment is due at the time of the scheduled session.  Please pay the balance online before the start of our session.  If a client needs to reschedule their appointment 3 or more days before their originally scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit can be used for the new appointment.  However, if the rescheduling request is made during the 2 days prior to the originally scheduled appointment, then the $50 deposit is neither refundable nor transferable.  

If at the appointed session time, the client does not show; then the entire payment for that missed session is due.
